learn to be still.
- Don Henley

To begin

The first thing we can do is to have a 30 minute conversation about your situation and what you are hoping to get from yoga therapy. We do this on the phone, it is free, and we can see if there is a positive overlap between us to begin our journey towards wellness. You do not have to have any experience in yoga. Or, you can be an advanced yoga practitioner.

We begin wherever you are.

Sessions

Each person’s journey is different but we all begin with a 2 to 3 hour session.

This is where we get to know each other, where I listen to your story and where we decide the first steps.

At the beginning, you may have 2-3 sessions a week but this will taper off depending on you what you are seeking and how quickly we help your symptoms. Because at first, that is what we are doing, treating the symptoms that are causing you the most discomfort. As we go further along our journey, we may find the cause of that discomfort and so reduce or eliminate that cause. Yoga therapy is a steady, step by step, process of improvement. After the initial session, our sessions will last for about an hour each time. The number of times is determined by what you would like to achieve.

In Person or Online

I work out of my studio in my house in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a beautiful, peaceful location and is easily accessible from several freeways. You visit me there, arriving in comfortable clothes. If your condition does not allow you to travel, it is possible to make arrangements for me to visit you. Zoom sessions are also an option.
