without love, all worship is a burden, all dancing is a chore,
all music is mere noise.

JENNIFER DAVIS

I have been doing yoga since I was twelve years old, standing on my head long before I understood anything about what yoga really was. But somehow it captivated me from a very early age and has been my lifelong companion. I’ve known for a long time that yoga keeps me flexible, sane, peaceful, and happy but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I decided to do more with my yoga practice.

We lived in in London for six years and when we decided to come back to the US in 2008, I heard the president on the radio asking, “what can you give back to your community?” It struck me that yoga was the thing I could give back. Yoga is about transformation, about getting healthy, about becoming more aware, and about finding more joy in life. Yoga had given me all of these things and I want you to have it too. I became certified to teach yoga and then took the next big step of becoming a yoga therapist.

Being a yoga therapist allows me to help you one on one to share the joy and possibilities that yoga has to offer.
